VIDEOS

The following videos are designed for professionals. These have been made to supplement the HABIT training and provide additional support to your learning.

Example HABIT conversation

In this video you will find an example of what a successful HABIT conversation could look like at a 12 month review. Behaviour change is often not dramatic, and happens incrementally. Here we showcase some core communication skills, goal setting, and HABIT signposting.

HABIT resistance training

In this video you will find an example of what a challenging oral health conversation could look like with a resistant parent. Some of the communication in this video also creates a more difficult environment. We encourage you to think about this while you watch, and discuss how you might tackle it differently.
