Discover Secret Sugars with the NHS Food Scanner App!

Let's go on a fun adventure in your kitchen! Use the NHS Food Scanner App to find out how much sugar is in your favourite foods and drinks. You might be surprised!

What to do:

  1. Download the App: Get the NHS Food Scanner App from the app store or Google Play. Just search for "NHS Food Scanner."

  2. Scan Your Foods: Take a trip around your kitchen and scan the barcodes of your favorite foods and drinks. The app will show you how much sugar is in each item.

  3. Smart Sugar Swaps: Now, think of some smart swaps to reduce sugar. For example, you could swap sugary drinks for water or milk, or choose fruits instead of sweets.

 

Have Fun: Enjoy your hunt finding hidden sugars and making healthier choices!
